 | Canal+ installation of Wisycom latest RF matrix/combiner | | July 2008 the new Broadband Matrix/Combiner Wisycom MAT283 has been installed in Canal+ headquarter in Paris to manage all radiofrequency distribution of existing 6 studios and 3 control rooms.
This installation is deemed to substitute patch panel distributions with a more reliable solution able to be remotely managed thru ethernet. The full antenna distribution to control rooms has distances up to 400m and has been realized in broadband for greater frequency flexibility and to minimize the cabling. |

 | Goteborg (Sweden) state theater 40 ch's installation - June 2008 | Goteborg state theater has chosen Wisycom for its new 40 channels wireless microphone systems: the great reliability of Wisycom wireless technology along with the superb sound of MTH300 (capsule joint developed with Schoeps) assures great on stage performances!
MRK95x receiver support Ethersound protocol, thus all 40 channels can be easily routed to mixer and also to a second listening place on stage.
Wisycom innovative Mrk95x series allows to work in a 250 MHz bandwidth, giving the flexibility to face easily future frequency plans(*).
(*) Sweden first in Europe adopted last World-Radiocommunication Conference 2007(WRC-07) recommendation to use 792/870 MHz spectrum for International Mobile Telecommunications(IMT). Those frequency we'll be banned in 2 years time (and so existing systems, working in that frequency range, will be out of law). |

 | Wisycom breakthrough in FIFA 2006 | | For the Fifa worldcup in germany, the hostbroadcaster HBS chose for a wireless floor-manager intercom-system from Wisycom. To cover the large area of pitch, flash-interview, press-conference, fifa-studio and TV-compound, a Master-Slave duplex-System with two base-stations had been installed in every of the 12 football-stadiums. The goal was to have a safe communication between the floor-manager and the director of the international OB-truck, to manage all key-issues for achieving the best broadcast-coverage. Armed with heavy-duty headsets, the floor-manager?s were reachable in every corner of the venue and a clear answer could be given whenever the director needed any assistance. A big advantage was the the second slave-system in the catacomb?s, where all other communication would have failed. So without drop-out or change of frequency, the floor-manager?s could react without adopting the beltpack-settings. |
